The Bachelor of Design and Visual Communication program is divided into three distinct stages, each carefully curated to cultivate a diverse range of skills.
Stage 1, Foundations, students develop the essential technical design skills and knowledge required to collaborate effectively with other creative media students and professionals.
Stage 2, Refine & Expand, students broaden their scope to work on complex multidisciplinary projects, adhering to industry-standard practices, to enhance their proficiency in the field.
Stage 3, Showcase, offers students an opportunity to execute a high-quality project of their own design, which is externally published. Additionally, this stage provides students with the necessary knowledge to commercialize their work, should they choose to do so. They can also apply their skills through an industry work placement, gaining hands-on experience in the field.
