Animation BA

The Bachelor of Animation program is structured into three distinct stages over eight trimesters (full-time, fast track), each of which is specifically designed to develop a unique set of skills.

Stage 1, known as Foundations, focuses on developing essential technical animation skills and knowledge required to collaborate effectively with other creative media students and professionals.

Stage 2, Refine & Expand, students broaden their scope to work on complex multidisciplinary projects in accordance with industry standard practices, enabling them to achieve greater proficiency in their craft.

Stage 3, Showcase, provides students with an opportunity to execute a high-quality project of their own design that is externally published. Moreover, this stage equips students with the knowledge necessary to commercialize their work, should they choose to do so. Additionally, they can apply their skills through an industry work placement, gaining practical experience in the field.
