Malak’s research titled “The Perceived Impact of Screen Exposure on Young Children’s Inhibitory Control: Teachers’ and Parents’ Perspectives in the UAE” captured the judges’ attention. Reflecting on her achievement, Malak expressed pride in representing Middlesex Dubai and its supportive academic environment:

Afrin Fathima Razvi: Third Place in Education & Instructional Technologies
Afrin’s innovative project “Intellectus: A Fine-Tuned LLM To Enhance Student Cognitive Performance, Foster Independent Reasoning, Reinforce Academic Integrity, and Mitigate AI Over-Reliance in Education” demonstrated cutting-edge application of artificial intelligence in academia. She shared her insights:

Layana Shunnar: Third Place in Psychology
Layana’s research focused on critical health issues with her project “Smoking Cessation for University Students”. She appreciated the opportunity to present her work:
